After 18 months of talks and preparation, the Hamptons Realty Group officially opened last Thursday, combining four real estate powerhouses across the Hamptons into one organized entity in order to provide better service to their clients with a broader base of real estate listings and services. Stan Esposito, J.R. Siwicki Jr., Pat O’Donoghue, and Htun Han have merged their separate real estate businesses, Blue Bay Realty, Garnham & Han Real Estate, J.R. Siwicki Jr. Real Estate and O’Donoghue Real Estate, into the Hamptons Realty Group, and will each continue to operate from the team’s five current locations, as well as keeping their original staffs.
